2. Logging In & Navigation
Go to your company’s Workday Adaptive Planning URL (e.g., https://app.adaptiveplanning.com/yourcompany ). Sign in with your email/SSO. Main navigation: workday adaptive planning user guide
Dashboard – Key metrics and charts. Sheets – Data entry and reporting grids. Reports – Pre-built or custom financial reports. Models – Manage assumptions and driver data. Admin (if you have permissions).
3. Data Entry Basics On a Standard Sheet
Click Sheets → select a sheet (e.g., “Monthly P&L”). Choose a Version (Budget, Forecast, etc.) and Level (your department). Enter numbers directly into cells. | | Cube Sheet | Multi-dimensional sheet for
Use Tab/Enter to move across columns. Right-click a cell for options (copy, lock, add note).
Click Save (or auto-save may be enabled).
On a Cube Sheet (Multi-Dimensional)
Rows + Columns + additional dimensions (Product, Customer, Region). Use Pivot or dimension filters to narrow data entry scope.
