Clio Desktop App – Download & Install Guide What is Clio Desktop? Clio Desktop is a companion app for Clio Manage that integrates with Microsoft Outlook and your desktop environment. It lets you:

Note : Clio Desktop is Windows‑only . Mac users can use the Clio Outlook Add‑in (web version) instead.

Step 2 – Download the Installer
Sign in to your Clio Manage account (web browser). Click your profile icon (top right) → Settings . Under Desktop & Integrations , select Clio Desktop . Click the Download for Windows button. Alternative direct link (may require login): https://app.clio.com/desktop/download

Step 3 – Install the App
Close Outlook completely (right‑click its taskbar icon → Exit). Run ClioDesktopSetup.exe as administrator (right‑click → Run as administrator ). Accept the User Account Control prompt. Follow the installer wizard:

Once finished, click Launch Clio Desktop .
Step 4 – Sign In & Connect to Outlook
