Sheldon discovers that a police officer, who is also a family friend, has been shot in the ankle while on duty. Feeling sorry for the officer, Sheldon decides to visit him in the hospital and offer his assistance. However, his attempts to help only lead to more chaos.
Meanwhile, at school, Sheldon's teacher, Mr. Garrison, announces that the class will be having a science fair, and Sheldon is determined to participate. However, his project idea, which involves demonstrating the power of the human mind, is met with skepticism by his classmates.
