Born in 1988, Veronica Babko grew up in the heart of Russia's vast wilderness, surrounded by the rugged beauty and harsh climate that would later inspire her music. Growing up in a region steeped in rich cultural and musical heritage, Babko was exposed to a wide range of traditional Siberian folk music styles from a young age.
