Partially | Clogged Toilet !free!

I’ve been dealing with a sluggish toilet for weeks. You know the type – it flushes, but slowly. Water rises just a bit too high, swirls weakly, then trickles down. Sometimes you have to flush twice. A classic partial clog .

Nothing.
