Starting with version 7.10, the developer RARLAB dropped support for all 32-bit Windows platforms and Windows Vista. Newer releases require a 64-bit operating system.

Do use the 64-bit version — it will fail to install. Download the official 32-bit build: Use compatibility mode (Windows 7 SP1)
