Look at your bottom toolbar. See that "Handout" or "CTA" button? Most people ignore it. Instead of saying "Go to our website," use the app’s native Action Button to push a calendar link directly to their screen while you are talking. The friction is zero. In a desktop app, they click the button; the link opens. No tab-switching, no forgetting.
