A user on a niche forum posts a ripped file named ghosts.s01e04.h255.mkv . Unlike normal h265 or h264 encodes, this file won’t play correctly in any standard media player. When forced open in VLC with software decoding, glitches appear — but strangely, the glitches aren’t random.
