Before you sign up for a random Zoom course or pay $2,000 for a “certification,” let’s break down where to find legitimate free training, what red flags to avoid, and how to turn that free knowledge into a paying client.
Because there is no official license, many "schools" have popped up charging $1,000–$3,000 for a 4-week course. While some are excellent, many are simply repackaging free information you can find on YouTube.
Legitimate free training exists, but it usually comes in two forms:
"I am learning dispatching. I will work for you for 15 hours a week for 14 days for free. I will only handle your rate confirmations and tracking. If you like me, we can discuss 5% of revenue."
