Ownership and risk of the Vehicle pass to the Buyer at the moment of signing this Agreement and handing over the keys and documents. The Buyer is responsible for registering the Vehicle in their name at the relevant authorities (Romanian Auto Registry - RAAR) immediately.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes arising from this contract shall be resolved by the competent courts in the jurisdiction of the Seller’s residence.
