Best Durood Sharif [FAST]

Jibreel then recited the words that would become known as :

صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ Meaning: "May Allah send His peace and blessings upon him." best durood sharif

It is the only Durood recited during the daily five prayers ( Salah ). Jibreel then recited the words that would become

اَللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَعَلَى آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ كَمَا صَلَّيْتَ عَلَى إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَعَلَى آلِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ إِنَّكَ حَمِيدٌ مَجِيدٌ، اَللَّهُمَّ بَارِكْ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَعَلَى آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ كَمَا بَارَكْتَ عَلَى إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَعَلَى آلِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ إِنَّكَ حَمِيدٌ مَجِيدٌ The "best" Durood is the one you recite

Then Jibreel taught the Prophet (ﷺ) the specific wording to recite in response:

The Prophet (ﷺ) said that the best Durood is the one that is shortest in wording but vast in meaning. Simply saying (ﷺ) is a complete Durood .

The "best" Durood is the one you recite . Even reading one Durood once with deep love and understanding is better than 1,000 recited without attention.
