The film tells the story of Morf (played by Jason Bateman), a veteran New York City police officer who is working the last shift of his 30-year career. As he patrols the streets of Brooklyn, he is joined by a young rookie, Danny (played by Chris Conner). Throughout the shift, Morf reflects on his decades-long career, sharing stories and insights with Danny.
