Sometimes the package refuses to install. This is often due to a previous version being partially installed or corrupted.

However, users should be aware that this is considered legacy software. Developers are encouraged to move to newer versions (2015-2022), but for the end-user, removing the 2013 package is not an option if they wish to keep using their older software.
