As reliable as it is, the era of Win32 Disk Imager is slowly fading. Modern problems require modern solutions. The tool has a notorious quirk: because it writes raw data, it often partitions USB drives in a way that confuses Windows, making large portions of the drive invisible or "read-only" until the user jumps through hoops to reformat it.
