Activate Axis Bank Debit Card Online -

There are three primary methods to do this: via Internet Banking, via the Axis Mobile App, and via ATM. The most convenient methods are detailed below.

Method 1: Using Axis Mobile App (Open Savings Account) If you opened your account online (via video KYC) and have not yet set your MPIN, use this method.

Login to the Axis Mobile App. On the home screen, look for the "Debit Card" icon or select your Savings Account and click on "Debit Card". Tap on "Set/Reset PIN" or "Generate PIN" . Select the Debit Card number you wish to activate (if you have multiple). Enter the Expiry Date and CVV (found on the back of your card). Set your desired 4-digit PIN . Re-enter the PIN to confirm. You will receive an OTP on your registered mobile number. Enter the OTP to verify. Your card is now active and ready to use.

Method 2: Using Internet Banking If you already have your Internet Banking login credentials, follow these steps. activate axis bank debit card online

Visit the Axis Bank Net Banking portal and log in. Navigate to the "Accounts" tab in the main menu. Click on "Debit Card Services" . Select "Set/Reset PIN" . A list of your Debit Cards will appear. Select the specific card you want to activate. Enter your card details:

Set your new 4-digit PIN and confirm it. Authenticate the request by entering the OTP sent to your mobile number. Upon successful validation, your PIN will be set immediately. There are three primary methods to do this:

Method 3: Using an ATM (Green PIN) If you cannot use the app or net banking, you can activate your card at any Axis Bank ATM.

Insert your Debit Card into any Axis Bank ATM. Select your preferred language. On the next screen, select the option "Set/Generate PIN" .

Note: You do not need an old PIN for this option on Axis ATMs. Login to the Axis Mobile App

Enter your registered Mobile Number . You will receive an OTP on your phone immediately. Enter the OTP on the ATM screen. Now, set your new 4-digit PIN and confirm it. The screen will display a confirmation message that your PIN has been changed successfully.
