Quick Start Guide: Google Translate for Tamil 1. Access Google Translate

Web: translate.google.com App: Download Google Translate (Android / iOS)

2. Set Languages

Left box (source): Choose English (or auto-detect) Right box (target): Choose Tamil google translate tamil

🔁 Tap the swap icon (↺) to switch between English ↔ Tamil.

3. Enter Text to Translate

Type directly into the left box. Speech: Click the microphone 🎙️ and speak (works for English & Tamil). Handwriting: In the app, tap the squiggle icon ✍️ to draw Tamil characters. 4. Read & Use the Translation

The Tamil translation appears on the right (in Tamil script). Listen: Tap the speaker icon 🔊 to hear Tamil pronunciation. Copy / Share: Use the copy button or share via other apps.

5. Tamil-Specific Features

Transliteration: Below the Tamil text, you'll see a Romanized version (e.g., "eppadi irukkinga?" ) to help pronunciation. Virtual keyboard: Tap the keyboard icon in the bottom right of the Tamil box to type in Tamil script directly. Offline (app): Download the Tamil language pack for translations without internet.
